CUBiDA is a dedicated core unit at Uniklinikum Erlangen providing comprehensive support for biomedical research. Our experienced team specializes in developing and applying innovative tools for data processing, statistical analysis, interpretation, and visualization in various fields, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics.
We employ a diverse range of software, with a strong emphasis on publicly available solutions such as Bioconductor and nf-core. Our pipelines are developed using bash, Python, and R, and executed in a High Performance Computing (HPC) environment of the Data Integration Center (DIZ) for efficient and scalable data processing.
